Chief Pathman Senathirajah Weaves Magic at V-Malaysia 2008

V Managing Director and V-Malaysia Chief Pathman Senathirajah remains to be the indefatigable icon of youth and passion – truly an inspiration to for networkers of all ages.

Wearing a thick black coat over his V-Malaysia shirt looking obviously unwell, Chief Pathman continues to mesmerize the people who look up to him with his inspiring words and berth of network marketing experience.

“I believe in pushing myself to the limits. One cannot be tired, sick or sleepy. These things only exist in the mind. The weaker your mind is, the more that you allow your body to take control and when that happens, all your actions become half-baked attempts,” he told the 4,500 participants inside the Penang International Sports Arena (PISA) on the night of 22 May 2008.

Focusing on more serious matters, Chief Pathman went in-depth with his discussion on network marketing and the challenges faced by those involved in the business.

“If you cannot define network marketing, you will not be able to define what you are supposed to do. First rule of networking that you need to know is that it is a BUSINESS which requires the highest level of commitment and discipline. This business requires you to work harder than you ever did before,” was what Chief Pathman told the audience who remained glued to their seats, hanging on to his every word.

He mentioned how many people sign up for the business with the hope and wish mentality, which according to him is a major misconception. In fact, contrary to what most people think, it is not that easy to be a millionaire.

“The faster you face that reality, the better for all of you,” he reiterates.

According to Chief Pathman, the concept of network marketing involves a working system – which in turn requires discipline. RULE 3 is a part of this working system. Unfortunately, not everyone can accomplish the demands of this system because it requires discipline which is not readily available.

“If there is one decision you have to make tonight, it would be that you are no longer a 9 to 5 kind of working guy, that this business is no longer a hobby because the only other option is work-home-work-home cycle,” he asserts.

On the subject of challenges, Chief Pathman has this to say: “Every challenge only makes us stronger. If there are no challenges, we don’t grow. We fall into a comfort zone. No crisis means no learning. Sometimes, in order to learn the important lessons in life, you have to get burned.

“I am PROUD to be a NETWORKER!” That should be every networker’s state of mind, he adds, to which the audience responded with wild passionate cheers.

“Shut up, listen and do. Don’t reinvent the wheel when it is in perfect working order. Sign up to financial freedom, that is the journey of network marketing. But make sure that whatever promise you make to people, you make sure you deliver. All the great leaders you see in The V right now were created by downlines who require the best from them,” Chief Pathman concludes.
